By the continent's established standards, those with Innate Soul Power at Levels One or Two had low-tier talent as Soul Masters. They would find it very difficult to break through to Soul Elder in their lifetime, after all, Soul Elder was one of the three major thresholds for Soul Masters.

Soul Elder, Soul Elder-one who stood above others. Below Level 30, ordinary people still had some chance of defeating a Soul Grandmaster through cultivation.

But once they reached Soul Elder, they had already left ordinary professionals far behind. Their strength and status were in a completely different league from those of Soul Grandmasters.

Innate Levels Three and Four were considered intermediate talent.

These two categories of Soul Masters accounted for more than sixty or seventy percent of the continent's Soul Masters.

Innate Levels Five and Six were excellent talent. Those who grew up were highly likely to become Soul Kings or Soul Emperors, and might even break through to Soul Saint, though the odds were not very high.

Innate Levels Seven and Eight were what people called genius-level talent. Of those with Innate Soul Power at Level Seven, five or six out of ten could break through to Soul Saint;

of those at Level Eight, seven or eight out of ten could break through to Soul Saint, and they could even reach Soul Douluo. Becoming a Titled Douluo was not a mere fantasy, either. In fact, there were quite a few Titled Douluos with Innate Level Eight Soul Power.

It was said that, according to incomplete statistics, over the years, Titled Douluos with Innate Level Eight Soul Power talent had accounted for as much as thirty percent.

Soul Saint was the second threshold on the path of a Soul Master, and it blocked far too many people; not to mention the final threshold, Level 90, which made Titled Douluos as rare as phoenix feathers and unicorn horns.

How these three thresholds came about would be explained in detail later.

Level Nine meant Super Genius, while full Soul Power meant Peerless Genius. To put it this way, more than half of Titled Douluos had Innate Soul Power at Level Nine.

As for those with full Soul Power, once they grew up, almost all of them became Titled Douluos. They might not even account for half a percent of all Titled Douluos, which showed how rare Soul Masters with full Soul Power talent were. On average, there were only five or six every hundred years at the low end, and a dozen or so at the high end.

As for the remaining Titled Douluos, those making up just over ten percent, they all had Innate Soul Power below Level Eight. They either came from powerful, wealthy forces; belonged to secluded clans with orderly inheritances; or had extraordinary Fortune and achieved their status through fortuitous encounters.
