In the Underworld, Rivet Town served as a major industrial hub.
The other towns-Sand Fox Town, White Ant Town, and Boulder Town-all had to buy their mining machinery here.
But after the Underworld was sealed off, Rivet Town first suffered the machine uprising instigated by Svarog, then a shortage of supplies.
This industrial hub had long since lost its former glory.
Now, the Fragmentum corrosion had destroyed the town completely.
With help from the Wildfire Organization and the Mechanical Settlement, Rivet Town's residents had all been evacuated to neighboring towns.
Boulder Town, already densely populated, became even more crowded.
The people of the Underworld could only pray that the Fragmentum would not expand any further. If it reached the other towns, the consequences would be even worse.
The disaster in Rivet Town had left many people homeless. Some chose to become vagrants, posing a serious challenge to public security.
If the vagrants' power grew further, even surpassing the Wildfire Organization, which maintained order, no one would be left to stop their wrongdoing. The Underworld would become nothing short of hell on earth.
So, as soon as Natasha arrived in Boulder Town, she began working to expand the Wildfire Organization's influence.
Some positions, if they did not take the initiative to occupy them, might as well be handed over to the enemy.
If Wildfire did not recruit certain people, the vagrants would!
The Wildfire Organization was now under immense pressure, having to maintain order in the Underworld while also fighting the monsters that emerged from the Fragmentum.
The situation was even harsher than what the Silvermane Guards had once faced.
So Natasha barely took a moment to rest before heading into the crowds to hand out Wildfire's flyers.
Thanks to Wildfire's consistently decent reputation, this recruitment drive made fairly good progress.
