Aurum Alley was home to many businesses, so having more Origami Birds here seemed perfectly normal.
Yet Chu Mu kept feeling that a few of the Origami Birds were always circling above the house.
That forced Chu Mu to prepare for the worst.
He had already severed his ties with the Disciples of Sanctus Medicus so that he would not be implicated when the authorities investigated them.
But he seemed to have been a step too late. The authorities might already know about him.
