"So... uh..."
Murder steered the conversation back to the biggest problem at hand.
"Insanity, is there a way out?"
"Yeah."
E!Insanity nodded and took Murder's hand, grabbing a red thread that had appeared out of nowhere with her other hand.
Whoosh~
The entire world sank into the ground's embrace, and E!Insanity led Murder by the hand into the Anti-Void.
"Murder, take a look at this."
Huge piles of comics and novels filled the vast Anti-Void, while blue and red threads occupied every inch of the stark white space overhead.
As she tugged gently on a bundle of threads, a still-active pink soul slowly descended from above.
"This is the last living creature in Illusion. Actually, even if you hadn't noticed me just now, I would have shown myself."
Pulling the soul free of the tangled threads, Error Insanity casually tossed it straight onto the ground.
Bam!
Boom, boom, boom!!!!
A tremendous blast of pressure erupted through the Anti-Void, and the phantom outline of a human child appeared amid the thick smoke.
The aura she gave off was just like genuine determination, even though she was a fake. It just went to show that anything could happen in Illusion.
"Murder, to keep my interference from causing something terrible, I'll leave this target to you. I'll stay nearby and back you up."
Before Error Insanity could finish, Murder became a streak of motion and charged toward the pink-haired human.
Bam!!!
Murder's fist slammed straight into Betty's face, sending her flying several miles away.
"You can do it, Murder-chan! The Anti-Void stretches on forever, so fight all you want. I'll step in when necessary."
Holding a glow stick, Error Insanity was already lounging in a hammock woven from blood threads, munching on popcorn made from the same threads as she watched Murder fight.
