Thank you all for your support and encouragement. It was tough, but I finally finished Volume One.
Thank you for your votes and tips. Hmm... the book will probably move to paid chapters soon, so I'll save the rest of my thanks for then.
Let's talk about the plot.
Honestly, I never expected Volume One to be this difficult. I had an outline, but to tell the truth, the plot went off the rails starting in chapter 15...
In other words, I spent everything after that trying to drag it back on track, because my original plan was for the protagonist to uncover the pure-bloods' secret directly.
After changing it, I nearly scratched my head raw. I made everything up as I went, without a single thing planned in advance... which was why writing became so difficult toward the end.
Fortunately, I finally managed to pull it back to the plot I'd originally planned: Professor Quirrell's little story.
At least that provided an explanation. People always talk about the butterfly effect, but why did things change? Surely I couldn't just say "the butterfly effect" and leave it at that?
Before writing this book, I never expected it to spark arguments in the paragraph comments, nor did I expect some people to be so malicious.
Two hundred thousand Chinese characters and nearly four thousand paragraph comments-for a flop of a fanfic with only a few thousand bookmarks, that was quite a lively response.
My thinking was simple: the Harry Potter world didn't cover the East, and I didn't agree that the East would be just like the West, waving wands and chanting spells.
So sometimes I wondered: what exactly would the East look like in the Harry Potter world?
I kept thinking about it until I finally couldn't resist writing down
