John clenched his fist hard. White light rippled through the space inch by inch, every collision tearing cracks in it.
As the last ripple fell, the space abruptly shattered.
John clasped his hands together, transferring the silver from his right hand to his left.
He struck again, several times more powerfully than before.
With magic pouring out of him, he seemed to sweep a thousand-foot greatsword across the projected land.
The projection of Hell shattered layer by layer. The creatures of Hell that had followed it here screamed as the collapsing projection banished them back to Hell.
