Yang Bo gave a couple of awkward chuckles. The trouble was, the moment his strike landed, he knew it was too late. The man's health bar had emptied-he had forgotten to turn off datafication mode.
With his current strength, the fact that he hadn't severed the man's neck only showed how tough an Inhuman's body was.
He took out his phone.
"Kaecilius, sorry for the trouble, but could you come over?"
A Portal opened in a shower of sparks, and Kaecilius stepped out.
"Boss, what do you need?"
As he spoke, he swept his gaze over Coulson and Ward, looking ready to attack at the slightest provocation.
Yang Bo was puzzled. Kaecilius wasn't like this before. Why had he become so violent?
"Kaecilius, see if you can work out where he came from."
Kaecilius looked at the dead Teleportation on the floor. A magic circle appeared around his wrist, and Teleportation's body floated off the ground.
Lights appeared all over his body. Before long, Kaecilius said:
"Found it."
Afterlife.
A Portal opened in a shower of sparks, and Yang Bo stepped out, followed by Skye and Daisy.
When the Inhumans here noticed them, they all cast curious looks their way. Afterlife was isolated from the world, and non-Inhumans rarely visited.
Yang Bo surveyed his surroundings with a satisfied smile. Afterlife was a small town nestled among the mountains, with a clear view of distant snowy peaks from the village.
It was even more beautiful here than at Kamar-Taj.
"The surroundings are really nice. It's a great place to live."
If he hadn't already had a suitable planet, he would have wanted to build another base nearby.
Jia Ying soon hurried over after receiving word. When she saw Daisy, her expression visibly changed.
"Daisy?!"
