At first, Ivan's appearance in Cable Mark I had given Tony quite a shock. The Armor had popped out so suddenly that Tony hadn't known how to react.

Tony easily broke free of the Cable Armor's cable whips, his face beneath the Armor filled with confusion.

Tony nimbly dodged the Cable Armor's attacks, hesitant to strike back for fear of hurting Ivan.
"What's that red bar above your head? Some new technology?"
Watching the show with his shield raised, Yang Bo laughed at Tony's question. Tony had definitely played video games before; he just hadn't thought of someone having a health bar over their head in real life.
