The experiment began.
Otto controlled the mechanical claws behind him as he walked toward the apparatus in the center. This controlled nuclear fusion device looked very much like the one the Avengers had used to travel through the Quantum Realm.
"My brain directly controls these mechanical arms, which possess artificial intelligence, through a neural connection."
As he spoke, he made the mechanical arms behind him perform a few movements.
"Commands are transmitted through nanoscale neural wires, allowing me to use the mechanical arms to control the fusion reaction under extremely dangerous conditions."
At that moment, a blonde woman in a suit among the crowd asked seriously, "Doctor, since these mechanical arms possess such advanced artificial intelligence..."
"Won't they take control of you instead?"
Otto responded with inexplicable confidence. "Good question."
A smile appeared on his face as he turned to show his back. Pointing at a thumb-sized component at the base of his neck, he said, "That's why I invented the Inhibitor Chip to protect my brain."
"It lets me control these mechanical arms, rather than letting them control me."
Looking at the glowing chip on Otto's back, Yang Bo was thankful for his professional training, which allowed him to keep from laughing out loud.
Holy shit, Otto's thought process is something else. Why wouldn't he properly protect something this important?
He actually left it exposed to the air, and even a little electromagnetic interference could destroy it... Wait...
Suddenly, an understanding dawned on Yang Bo. Perhaps this was the powerful overarching will of the Marvel Universe at work.
Just like Tony's dear uncle Obadiah, who saw nothing wrong with leaving the power transmission rods of his Iron Monger suit exposed outside its plating. It even made Yang Bo suspect that the scientist who designed the Armor was an undercover
