Whooo...
A train whistle sounded. Central City's train station stood right beside Barry's warehouse, and they could feel the ground trembling beneath them.
Yang Bo couldn't resist another jab. "Someone actually managed to rent this warehouse out. The landlord must be over the moon."
Barry felt a little embarrassed. He was poor-very poor. This warehouse wasn't just rundown and noisy; it was inconvenient, too. Without using the Speed Force, he needed half an hour to walk to the nearest stop.
But the rent here was so low it was practically free.
So none of those drawbacks mattered. If there was a problem, it had to be his own fault. Too much noise? His ears were too fussy. The stop was too far away? His legs were too short. The place was shabby and cluttered? Perfect-he was the nostalgic type.
But he soon snapped out of his thoughts about the rent and asked again, "Who exactly are you?"
Bruce took two steps forward. "Barry Allen, I'm Bruce Wayne."
A little nervous, Barry looked at Bruce in his sharp suit. "You think introducing yourself explains why you suddenly broke into my home?"
"I'm pretty sure I locked the door..."
Yang Bo glanced back at the battered iron door and its badly rusted bolt, then said to Bruce with a smile, "Looks like you used too much force just now. You'll have to buy Barry a new bolt."
"I will."
Bruce smiled faintly, then looked at Barry. "Barry, I know you have special abilities."
"I've put together a team of superheroes, and we need you."
Barry immediately replied, "I think you've made a mistake. I'm definitely not the person you're looking for."
"My special abilities are just playing the viola, web design, communicating in sign language, gorilla sign language..."
Hearing those familiar words,
