The bald, bespectacled Agent Sitwell issued orders on-site, with a large headshot of Steve Rogers displayed prominently on the screen.
"With all due respect, if S.H.I.E.L.D. is going to hunt down Captain America, don't we have a right to know why?"
A blonde woman voiced her objection. Had Steve been there, he would have been surprised to discover that this agent was his kind, friendly neighbor.

His name was Alexander Pierce. He was the secretary of the World Security Council and a close friend Nick Fury trusted.
