"What the hell? Did you guys get here on a rocket?"
Deadpool had yet to hop out of Du Mingde's taxi when he spotted the three people standing at the entrance in the distance.
"Hehe, I told you, flying is faster than running."
Venti spoke with a grin.
"We came on four wheels! Referee, I'm reporting them for cheating!" Deadpool made a comical show of tattling to little Klee, making the girl giggle.
"That's strange. Russell and Juggernaut left before we did. We've already reached the Mutants Rehabilitation Center, so there's no reason they should be behind us."
"Kaeya's question is exactly what I wanted to ask."
"Could Russell have changed his mind halfway here?"
Hu Tao turned to look at Deadpool.
"Impossible! I know Russell too well. In the history I know, he burned down the rehabilitation center and killed every staff member inside. Many of the children there couldn't escape when the fire broke out, and they died here too."
Cable spoke slowly and deliberately. "Maybe he's been here all along."

As if to prove Cable right, a deafening explosion suddenly erupted inside the Mutants Rehabilitation Center building before them.
They looked toward the building. Every window on the third floor had shattered, sending countless shards flying in all directions as raging flames set the whole building ablaze.
Cable said, "I told you this kid was already beyond saving."
They exchanged glances, then rushed toward the building in unison.
But just as they reached the entrance, someone pushed the doors open from inside.
Juggernaut blocked the doorway. He looked down at the group, his gaze lingering briefly on Hu Tao and Zhongli before he spoke in a muffled rumble.
"Don't stop the boy. He's almost done burning the place down. Don't make me fight you."
