"Holy shit!"
One normal attack from Yanfei shattered the specially built display case holding Scott. The deafening explosion and the flash of white light from the fried circuitry forced everyone to squeeze their eyes shut.
Scott leaped off the platform with the flames licking at his backside. He instantly returned to normal size and drove an elbow into the nearest Hydra agent.
After knocking down one Hydra agent, Scott quickly closed the distance, then sent Klaus flying with a roundhouse kick while the man was still covering his eyes, his pistol clutched in his hand.
It all happened in an instant.
Their blindness lasted only a moment. Once the white flash faded, everyone could see again.
The enemies reacted.
Two Hydra agents were the first to charge at Pym, the weakest of the group.
"Back off, now!"
A roaring ball of fire stopped the two Hydra agents in their tracks.
Scott looked up just in time to see Yanfei finish her attack.
The brick-thick Code Yanfei usually read floated in midair without any support. With a lift and sweep of her hand, several of its pages turned.
Scorching flames appeared in Yanfei's hands. With light swatting motions, she shaped them into fireballs that streaked toward the Hydra agents, trailing brilliant plumes of flame.
Under Yanfei's assault, the Hydra agents scurried for cover. It was not that they did not want to fight back-they had no chance to.
The flames not only obscured their vision but left them at a complete loss. They did more than simply burn: every time they touched a Hydra agent, they inflicted tremendous damage. They also clung fiercely, making escape difficult.
Under Yanfei's relentless fiery assault, the Hydra agents steadily retreated. They even forgot their objective of killing Pym, scrambling desperately to dodge the fireballs raining
