Scott and Klaus started fighting, grappling with each other and hammering each other's heads with their fists like madmen.
Cyno frowned as he listened to Scott howling through his comms earpiece, straining to locate the two of them on the ground.
Fortunately, Cyno had sharp eyes and excellent powers of observation. He soon spotted two tiny figures barely larger than bugs.
"Scott, get out of the way!"
Scott, who was currently holding Klaus in a "cha-cha," was utterly bewildered.
"Out of the way of what?"
He was still puzzling over Cyno's words when a sharp hook spear suddenly appeared overhead, plunging straight toward him and Klaus.
The glimmers along the spear's sharp tip resembled scattered stars in the night sky, dazzling the men below so badly they could barely keep their eyes open.
Scott and Klaus let out chicken-like shrieks in unison.
"WTFFFF!!!"
Neither wanted to die beneath Cyno's spear. Scott kicked Klaus away and rolled across the ground.
Cyno's spear strike wasn't merely a physical attack. Brilliant lightning descended along with the spear tip.
"Bzzzt!"
Arcs of electricity wove into a net, lighting up everything around them.
Scott had barely scrambled to his feet before several purple arcs came right at him, forcing him to dodge awkwardly to the side.
Klaus, whom he had kicked away, was in the same predicament.
Scott raised a hand to wipe the sweat from his forehead, only for his suit's helmet to get in the way. Just as he was about to breathe a sigh of relief, Cyno's voice came through his earpiece again.
"Get down!"
Scott immediately obeyed, throwing himself flat on the ground. Klaus, who couldn't hear Cyno's warning, wasn't so lucky.
The Ancient Hook Spear swept across with the force of thunder.
