Bang, bang, bang!
Thor swung his little hammer and beat the remaining Dark Elves into the ground. Malekith and his trusted subordinates were taken prisoner.
"I admit you bested us this time, but the Dark Elves won't give up so easily."
Malekith looked at his captured followers without a trace of fear on his face. Even bound up like a pretzel, he remained just as arrogant.
"You cannot stop the Dark Elves. Even without my leadership, they will never submit to Odin."
"Hmph."
Thor snorted at the prisoner who was still running his mouth. He rested his hammer on Malekith's shoulder, contempt and pity in his eyes. "Ah, sorry about that. I'm afraid those 'compatriots' of yours won't get another chance to cause trouble."
Malekith froze.
"I will complete the mission my father left unfinished."
Odin approached from a distance with the Asgard Guards behind him. He fixed his gaze on Malekith and delivered news that devastated every Dark Elf present.
"The Dark Elves you left outside, in the Dark Dimension, have all been wiped out by my hand. Today, the Dark Elves will truly become history."
"No, that's impossible!"
Malekith's eyes widened in horror. All wiped out? How could that be possible?
Even he would preserve a seed for the Dark Elves to survive and reproduce. That was the way of survival he had learned from a war brutal enough to wipe out his entire race.
Despite the importance of this plan, he had still arranged for a small number of Dark Elves to remain at their base. They were waiting for Malekith to return with the Aether, waiting for their king to restore the glory of the Dark Elves.
"They're all dead? I don't believe you!"
"Poor Malekith. You should have expected this day when you challenged Asgard."
