A neatly uniformed attendant bowed slightly, respectfully asking the newly arrived guest about his plans.
At that moment, a fat, big-eared middle-aged man weighing over two hundred pounds lay sprawled on a broad sofa, his legs spread.
His face was slightly flushed, and he was panting. Clearly, even the few steps from the car into the house had exceeded his capacity for exertion.
Hearing the attendant's question, the man slowly opened his eyes and tried to sit up.
Yet his bloated body could not manage even that slight movement on its own.
A trace of irritation crossed his face, as though he was displeased with his physical condition.
Just as the middle-aged man was about to lose his temper, the attendant reacted with the speed expected of someone who had undergone "professional training."
He quickly signaled his companions with a glance, and several of them immediately stepped forward to help the middle-aged man sit up with great care.
Their movements were gentle and practiced, as though they had rehearsed them countless times.
Then the attendant placed a sofa cushion behind the man and adjusted it to a comfortable angle so he could lean back more easily.
Afterward, the attendant took a pristine white handkerchief from his pocket and carefully wiped the beads of sweat from the man's face.
The middle-aged man closed his eyes slightly, enjoying the attentive service, and his displeasure gradually faded.
"Hmph, no. I'm not interested in games where you bare your ass like some primitive."
The corners of the man's mouth lifted into a cold sneer, carrying a measure of mockery and disdain.
The attendant's expression remained perfectly calm, as though he had anticipated this answer all along.
