Left standing off to the side as though he were invisible, Thanos finally couldn't resist sneering.
He raised his chin and surveyed the clueless bunch before him. "I imagine you traveled all this way to my territory and went to such lengths to stage this little performance for more than just making me laugh."
At Thanos's words, Cyno turned toward Peter with a bewildered expression and stared straight at him, as though searching for some mysterious answer.
Two seconds later, he nodded emphatically as if enlightenment had struck him and said with perfect seriousness, "You were telling a joke just now? So that's it. Tone, pauses, and punctuation can actually produce such marvelous chemistry in joke writing..."
Silence fell over the scene.
"You've completely missed the point, dude!!"
Rocket's eyes widened in disbelief, as though he had spotted some impossible monster. He stared speechlessly at Cyno, then shouted at the top of his lungs:
