The Tower of the Hand.
Lynn stood inside, with Sansa and Myrcella before him.
The two girls still wore traces of excitement at having pulled off their scheme.
They recounted their conversation with the mysterious assassin to Lynn in full.
"...He said Robert had already been given a slow-acting poison and didn't have long to live."
Sansa kept her voice very low, as though afraid the walls might hear.
"He also said he could help us fabricate evidence and pin everything on Stannis."
Myrcella added this.
"He said he wanted nothing, except to go north with you once it was done."
Lynn listened quietly, his face expressionless.
Jaqen H'ghar.
He had already learned of this man's arrival through greensight.
A man who should not have appeared in King's Landing, much less at this point in time.
With his butterfly wings constantly beating, everyone's path had already shifted.
"Go back for now."
Lynn ruffled Myrcella's long golden hair.
"I'll handle this."
"But..."
Myrcella wanted to say more.
"Be good and listen."
The two girls exchanged a glance.
In the end, they nodded obediently and hurried away.
Myrcella actually wanted to kill Robert.
It seemed this little girl had developed an unexpected streak...
Who knew whether that was good or bad?
Still, none of that mattered now.
What mattered was Jaqen.
A Faceless Man.
Lynn drew his gaze away from Myrcella.
The moment the door closed, Lynn shut his eyes.
The entire world instantly changed in his perception.
Light, sound, smell...
Everything became streams of pure information, surging through his mind.
Like an invisible net, his consciousness rapidly spread from the Tower of the Hand across all of King's Landing.
He "saw" Robert drinking his life away in the Red Keep.
He "saw" Cersei pleasuring herself alone in her bedchamber.
Hmm?
