A night passed.
The storeroom's wooden door was pushed open again.
This time, only Roslin Frey came in.
She carried a wooden tray holding a bowl of steaming meat broth and a piece of black bread.
Miranda raised her head and looked at her with eyes still full of hostility.
"Get out!"
Roslin said nothing.
She simply set the tray on the floor, then crouched down and untied the ropes around Miranda's feet.
Miranda froze.

But she still forced herself to hold firm and retorted defiantly.
"I'll be waiting!"
"I'd like to see what tricks you can possibly play!"
She no longer refused the food.
She grabbed the black bread and took a vicious bite, then lifted the bowl of broth and gulped it down.
She needed strength.
She needed to keep her head clear, to expose that man's despicable lies and welcome her Lord Ramsay!
Roslin watched her wolf down the food, conflicting emotions in her eyes.

Even an outsider like me can see it easily.
Ramsay doesn't love her.
But Miranda was blinded by her involvement and believed in his love without a shred of doubt.
Truly pitiful.
*Perhaps it's just as well. What Lord Lynn is doing will
