Now that all the great dragons had finally been brought under House Targaryen's control, Danyla certainly would not give House Velaryon another chance to gain control of any of them.
Had Lara not been a child she had nursed herself, and so close to her, Danyla would never have given her the chance to ride a dragon either.
"Rhaena! Our sisters are back. Let's go to the godswood too!"
Having just woken up, Lara immediately took Rhaena's hand affectionately and hurried toward the godswood with the maids attending them.
Just then, Jacaerys and Viserys also returned on their dragons, Vermithor and Vhagar.
Vermax-Jacaerys
Ten-year-old Jacaerys and eight-year-old Viserys had both grown into handsome, graceful boys. Although they were not as breathtaking as the silver-haired, purple-eyed Targaryen princes, their looks and bearing still ranked among the finest in the Seven Kingdoms.
Moreover, they had both inherited Harwin Strong's excellent genes and were tall and sturdy.
At the sight of the elegant Jacaerys, a blush immediately spread across Rhaena's face.
"Rhaena, are you hot? Why is your face so red?"
Lara looked up and saw that Rhaena's fair, delicate face had turned scarlet, and could not help asking in concern.
"N-no, it's nothing. It just feels a little hot here!"
Hearing this, Rhaena hurriedly composed her expression and took several deep breaths to calm herself.
"Mother!"
Upon seeing Danyla, Lara immediately threw herself affectionately into her arms. Technically, she should have called Danyla her cousin, but the generations within House Targaryen were already tangled. Since Danyla had also raised Lara, no one corrected her.
Skeld-Islyn
Unlike Ishina and Lara, who loved clinging to Danyla, the twin sisters Iseryn and Islyn, Danyla's two youngest daughters, preferred pestering their father, Bennard Stark.
