Almost simultaneously, two Short Blades appeared to one side, stabbing toward Wang Yu's temples like lightning.
The Black-Robed Youth below flicked his sleeve as well, sending a stark white Bone Fork shooting out in a streak of gray light toward Wang Yu.
As though he had expected it, Wang Yu twisted, his figure eerily shifting more than ten feet sideways before he flipped over and landed firmly. Not only did he evade the two great silver hands, he narrowly dodged the two Short Blades as well.
The Bone Fork sweeping up from below, however, flashed straight to his face.
Wang Yu gave a low shout. His arm blurred, and a golden Fist Shadow flashed into being, smashing savagely into it.

The golden Fist Shadow knocked the Bone Fork sideways, but the next moment, it circled in midair and suddenly split into three identical Bone Forks, which shot at Wang Yu again from different directions.
At the same time, figures flickered in the nearby air, and a yellow-robed Humanoid Puppet and a silvery-white Humanoid Puppet appeared. One held two Short Blades and spat a great spray of Silver Needles from its mouth; the other spread both arms wide and lunged viciously to seize him.
The three black-armored wraiths nearby also charged back toward him, trailing billowing black vapor.
For a moment, he found himself besieged from all sides.
Wang Yu's expression darkened, but he stood his ground rather than dodge again. Instead, he formed a hand seal and murmured an incantation. Red light swept up around his body, and the Crimson Veil appeared once more.
The Bone Forks and Silver Needles struck the barrier simultaneously like a torrential downpour, only to be knocked away.
But the next moment, the silver puppet suddenly blurred as it accelerated, catching Wang Yu around
