A young man with red-and-yellow hair and terrifying tattoos covering his face quietly appeared throughout the hospital. From the outpatient building to the operating rooms, the intensive care wards, and even near the morgue where bodies were kept, his figure could be seen. But he rarely stayed long before quietly leaving again.
In the western district of Pengjie City, the red-and-yellow-haired young man appeared once more at the Lodesang Grand Cemetery, the only cemetery where the poor could bury their ashes free of charge.
He seemed to have no particular target, however. He merely walked past the densely packed gravestones one by one, then left before long.

Two days later, the red-and-yellow-haired young man began appearing frequently atop some of Pengjie City's taller buildings. He was even seen on several small hills in the outskirts, holding a map and occasionally jotting things down in a little notebook.
