The young seekers of immortality studied Daoist Scriptures, or left halfway through to refine their arts, or joined some small group. Few could keep studying Daoist Scriptures all the way through.
As for attempting the Ten Thousand Scrolls Dao Canon, not a single person had done so in recent years.
Now, large numbers of Orthodox Cultivators in the Lower Court no longer went to the Market Ward to earn money, but instead immersed themselves in the Thirty-Six Great Halls and the Second-Layer World.
At first, everyone thought that although the Thirty-Six Great Halls offered a relatively safe and steady way to earn money, the earnings were too meager.
Fortunately, they could still obtain some resources in the Second-Layer World to scrape out a living.
But as time passed, many Orthodox Cultivators discovered that the spells corresponding to the Thirty-Six Great Halls could actually earn quite a lot of money.
Some cultivators discovered that the cheapest [Spirit Soil] could actually be used to make many varieties of [Wu Earth Thunderfire].
[Spirit Planting Art], [Spirit Lacquer Art], [Weaving], [Embroidery], and the others all had their own uses.
Especially weaving and embroidery:
Some Orthodox Cultivators extracted strands of Dharma Power and processed them with [Weaving Art], doubling their purity.
Other cultivators used [Embroidery Art] to embroider numerous spell structures onto their Dharma Power.
Afterward, with a shift of thought, they could release spells instantly.
Thirty-six halls, thirty-six spells-all of them were useful to the cultivators.
Moreover, the more they practiced and used them, the more profound they found these spells.
