The terrifying sonic wave formation posed no obstacle whatsoever to Hun Changqing. After strolling out of it with the women as casually as if he were walking through a courtyard, he arrived at the summit of Tianmu Mountain.
The summit was steep and rugged, bristling with strange rocks. Looking up from the exit, they could see the intensely concentrated, multicolored energy tide.
The multicolored energy tide spread outward in wave after wave, like an energy barrier blocking anyone who sought to reach the peak. This multicolored barrier was the Heavenly Mountain Blood Pool's final and most natural trial. Only those who broke through it would qualify to bathe in the pool.
Hun Changqing glanced at the barrier radiating dense energy. With a slight lift and wave of his hand, Supreme Yin True Qi surged out of his body. The brilliantly shimmering barrier immediately began twisting wildly, as though an invisible hand were kneading it at will.
Moments later, the barrier's radiance dimmed, and an empty passage appeared before Hun Changqing and his companions, stretching toward the highest peak of the Heavenly Eye Mountain Range, where wisps of red smoke rose.
They followed the passage inside, and soon an enormous volcanic crater came into view.
Wisps of scorching smoke laced with fire poison constantly spewed from within. At the center of the crater, a small pool several dozen feet across appeared hazily amid the thick, swirling smoke.
The vast energy throughout the Heavenly Eye Mountain Range continuously converged on the pool. The liquid within had already overflowed, glowing fiery red like lava. Amid the smoke, it stood out as brightly as firelight in the dead of night.
"Looks like we've arrived. The energy here is abundant. It really couldn't be more suitable for you as you are now."
