A ray of warm sunlight fell across Shiranui Asuka's face. She opened her eyes slightly; she had slept fairly peacefully that night.
She saw Ramla sitting in front of her, watching her with a smile.
"Ramla, you're back?" Shiranui Asuka asked, rubbing her eyes.
"Yes."
"Where's Senior Du Yu?"
"Right behind you."
Shiranui Asuka looked back, only for horror to flash across her face. A woman covered in wounds lay in Du Yu's arms. If she hadn't recognized that golden hair, Asuka would barely have known who she was.
"Is that Gorgon?"
Shiranui Asuka hurried over to check Gorgon's injuries.
Du Yu had already given Gorgon's wounds some basic treatment, wiping away the blood and bandaging many of them with white cloth.
"A-Xiang, you're just in time. Help me check the injuries to her private parts." Du Yu's eyes were filled with sorrow. "If you can, treat them for her."
Shiranui Asuka nodded and began examining her.
Du Yu silently walked aside and turned his head away.
"Ah!"
Shiranui Asuka seemed to have seen something utterly horrifying and let out a loud scream.
"What is it, A-Xiang?" Du Yu asked without turning around.
"S-Senior Du Yu... how did Gorgon get these injuries?"
"A man violated her."
Shiranui Asuka gritted her teeth and pulled away the white cloth covering Gorgon's lower body. Great swaths of flesh were mangled and bloody. Could intercourse really have caused injuries like these?
"Th-these injuries can't be treated with simple first aid... even if, even if she went to a hospital, Gorgon's lower body would probably still..."
"That scum..." Du Yu gritted his teeth, fury burning within him.
"You two deities, please... don't worry about me... I... I'm fine... I haven't performed today's worship yet..." Gorgon gently pushed Asuka away and struggled to stand, blood streaming
