Cui Cheng said, "Master, we're friends of Mr. Li, Li Ping'an. We'd like to buy two weapons."

Old Mo acted as though he hadn't heard and paid them no attention.

He walked straight into the courtyard and washed his face.

Cui Cheng and Cui Cai couldn't help frowning. Wasn't he putting on rather too many airs?

"Master..."

"Not selling!"

Old Mo answered them bluntly.

Wang Yi steeled himself and said, "Hey! What's with that attitude?"

Old Mo sat on a stool with one leg crossed over the other.

He lit his pipe and exhaled a mouthful of smoke.

With a rather amused air, he said, "Want me to make weapons for you? See that Sword Case?

"If you can draw any one of the swords inside, I'll help you."

"Isn't it just a Sword Case?"

Cui Cheng snorted disdainfully and strode over.

The Sword Case was plain and unadorned, set casually on the ground.

It held four swords in all.

Cui Cheng reached out with one hand, gripped a sword hilt, and tried to pull it out.

But the moment he exerted himself, he felt as though he were trying to uproot a mountain.

His expression shifted slightly, and he drew a deep breath.

His blood surged as he poured strength into his hand.

Cui Cheng gave an awkward smile. "This sword's pretty heavy, huh?"

As he spoke, he stopped taking it lightly and wrapped his other hand around the hilt too.

This time, he used all his strength, veins bulging on his forehead.

Yet the sword in the Sword Case still didn't budge.

"Let me try."

Refusing to believe it, Cui Cai walked over.

The two brothers ended up gathered around the Sword Case, making noises like they were constipated.

After quite a while, they finally accepted reality.
