Chu Xingchen held two maps of strange texture.
Both were rewards from the system. One was the Mountains and Seas Diagram awarded for taking on a disciple; the other was the Mountains and Rivers Diagram awarded for completing the mission when Li Yingling broke through to the Spirit Transformation Realm.
Back then, Chu Xingchen had tried to find some way to combine the two diagrams. After all, separately, they could only show changes in this world's geography, without any additional ability to move mountains or fill seas.
Chu Xingchen had originally thought there was a third diagram, but what was missing turned out to be a board that could hold both.
The [True Board of the Map of the World] provided by the system was an extremely thin, transparent, double-layered clip shimmering with light. It could stack the two maps together almost seamlessly, one above the other.
The Mountains and Seas Diagram went below, and the Mountains and Rivers Diagram above.
Stacked together, the two diagrams, which had originally seemed unrelated and even had ink in some of the same places, now fitted together perfectly.
Their inked areas merged perfectly into one, filling the blanks and perfectly completing the missing parts.
Once both maps were inserted, Chu Xingchen could control their size at will. Presumably, this was the complete form.
Every corner of the Five Continents lay within the diagram.
Every water vein and spirit vein appeared.
There was simply no wondrous rosy light, nor any earth-shaking Dao resonance.
The water veins flowed freely through it, while the spirit veins were intercepted in Central Province. Once the Eighteen Immortal Sects diverted the originally thick spirit veins, only spirit veins roughly a third as thick remained to flow toward the other continents.
Chu Xingchen examined it closely, tracing the spirit veins
