Come Out for This Family Head

What was a Sage? Entering Sagehood was only the first step—the beginning of the path toward grasping the Great Dao Laws. At that realm, what one possessed was no longer merely power. Every gesture carried the force to destroy heaven and earth, to command the Great Dao and control the laws.

Once one possessed a Sage Soul, a single thought could extinguish immortals, a single thought could move mountains and fill seas. One's lifespan stood equal to heaven's, boundless and endless; unless destroyed by external force, heaven and earth would not perish, nor would the Sage Soul. This was the true terror of Entering Sagehood. Generally speaking, reaching such a realm already meant standing at the peak, yet after Entering Sagehood, one was merely a Half Sage. Who, having reached this step, would not desire complete Great Dao Laws and true command over this heaven and earth? Thus, even though Half Sages possessed everything needed to live as long as heaven and earth after Entering Sagehood, they still spared no cost in charging toward that final step, all to become a "Sage."

Half Sage and "Sage" differed by only one word, yet from the time chaos opened this world, through the primordial age and ancient times, until today, countless Half Sages had emerged. These lofty beings who ruled over all things had all pursued that final step. Their slaughter for it had once turned chaos into the primordial wilderness, torn the primordial wilderness apart, and divided this heaven and earth into the Immortal World and the mortal realm. Now, because of war once more, they had plunged both the Immortal World and the Great World into collapse and even destruction.

Yet no matter what happened, nothing could stop them from charging toward and pursuing that final step.
