"You can't kill them." Her voice was utterly calm. "You have an undying body, so they can't kill you. But Mountain Blossom's superpower is special. You can't kill them either."
Mountain Blossom was a "loophole" to begin with. She could trust it to take Qi Lingwu along and make them both untouchable by time.
"Oh, really?" The shadow's cloak shifted slightly, amusement in its voice. "You have a point. But there's more than one way to kill them. For instance-what if the entire time layer of the third month of doomsday ceased to exist?"
