After leaving Tang Feng's home, Ren Ye sat in the car and spoke with the Deputy Star Officer from the Capital.
"How did it go? Did you find any leads?" the Deputy Star Officer asked.
Speaking to one of his own, Ren Ye did not conceal his deductions. "Tang Feng suddenly entered a Star Gate after I left Binhai City. Based on that lead, he most likely entered a Migration Land Series Star Gate. After all, that was where prefectures began opening on a large scale after I left. In terms of timing and how sudden it was, the two are strongly connected."
The Deputy Star Officer nodded.
"Brother Huang and I just found a notebook in Tang Feng's bedroom about that psychiatric hospital. But most of the information in it is probably only understandable to Tang Feng," Ren Ye continued. "There's just one piece of information about the time period that we can use as a reference. When I went to Binhai City, the year there was 235, but Tang Feng mentioned that his psychiatric hospital might be in a more recent era, something like our Republican era, or even later. Comparing the two, we can roughly tell that his Star Gate isn't in the usual time period. It's different from most Migration Land Star Gates."
"Nothing besides that?" the Deputy Star Officer asked.
"That's right." Ren Ye nodded. "Those are the only two pieces of information we have to go on. I've thought about it. First, I'll wait for the Invitation to activate and see what happens. If all else fails, I'll use that timeline to work things out and enter some Migration Land Star Gates set in more recent eras to look for him."
