Ye Lin's eyes flickered as he looked at the Battle Axe on He Zheng's back.
Interesting.
He hadn't expected the axe to be the key to He Zheng's enhanced bloodline, either.
He had noticed that when He Zheng recalled the axe, the force bringing it back didn't come from He Zheng himself. Instead, some special rule pulled it back.
"A hook?"
"Holy shit!"
He Zheng's eyes lit up, and he immediately understood what Ye Lin meant.
Damn, if he could attach a hook to his axe, wouldn't he be able to drag people back and chop them up? Not only that, Ye Lin's words sparked another idea.
If he added a flamethrower to the axe, he could smash an enemy badly enough to leave them seriously injured, then burn them while reeling them in. If they didn't burn to death on the way, he could hack them to death once they reached him!
"He Zheng, if you can modify it, I think you could also stick a pack of C4 Explosive on it, or strap a few High-Explosive Grenades to it!"
"Once it breaks through their defenses, detonate them right inside the enemy's body!"
"The axe can't be destroyed anyway, so you don't have to worry about losing it!"
Huang Liang blurted out, having thought of other uses as well.
Just as with the bullets he had modified before, he realized that once He Zheng's axe could return on its own, they could modify it in all sorts of ways.
"Oh! That could work!"
"Holy shit, how about attaching an iron chain to the axe? My lightning has a really short range. I can't hit anything farther away."
"Fuck, if I strike the chain with lightning, maybe it could electrocute the bastard while it flies out to smash him!"
