Judging by its effects, this ability of the Demihuman's was an upgraded version of Tyrant's Devour. Once activated, it could devour various forms of energy to repair his body, while extreme overload effectively gave him an extra life.
Its effects certainly warranted an A+ rating.
Not only that, its conversion ability could work in tandem with Star God Demon. In certain environments, he might be able to expend energy as recklessly as the Demihuman had. As long as there was electricity nearby, his transformation would never end.
