"You only said they were slugs. You never said they were slugs bigger than anacondas." "That sounds like good news, sir." Little Wong became optimistic when he heard that the monsters had gone into the sewers. In his mind, the sewers were the Sorcerer Supreme's home turf.

"Not quite." Su Ming shook his head and pointed at the corpse on the floor for him to inspect. "These monsters killed someone without eating him. That's not good news. It means they probably have some other way of replenishing energy, or perhaps they kill just for amusement. That's even worse than predation."
