She did not recognize him, but perhaps she recognized Odin's weapon. After all, Odin had become famous much earlier.
The blue-skinned monster with hair like red cables stopped. Her shoulders, broader than Su Ming's, rose and fell as her muscular body slowly floated beneath the warm sunlight.
"Asgardian?"
She sounded puzzled. Though her fleshy face revealed little expression, her tone gave her away. She had clearly done her homework before coming to Earth, and her English was noticeably more standard than that of someone from India.
"I'm an Earthling, the Sorcerer Supreme of the Main Dimension. I want to know who sent you."
The Cloak behind Su Ming spread like wings, billowing continuously in the sea breeze and casting a vast shadow across the ground.
"According to pre-established enforcement procedures."
The blue-skinned woman raised a hand and projected a three-dimensional image of Kree Queen Pa'am with energy.
