Hulk, his mind filled with nothing but green, had no idea that the moment he appeared, all sorts of plans had already targeted him.
There was Pym's radiation-neutralization plan, Bucky's anesthetic plan, and Tony's space plan.
All he felt was rage burning in his chest. He wanted to smash something. Everything before his eyes was green—even the little man hopping around with a shield was green.
And those creatures kept tickling him. Hulk was sick of it!
In a foul mood, he threw a fierce punch at Steve. The blow crashed into the shield with a terrifying howl of wind, and Captain America instantly carved two long trenches beneath his feet before appearing nearly a hundred meters away, as if he had teleported.
If the Vibranium shield had not been able to absorb force, he would probably have fallen apart. Even so, Steve secretly shook out his arm. Half his body had gone numb.
Steve gritted his teeth. He knew he was facing an unprecedented challenge, but as a hero, he would not back down.
He ran forward again and blocked Hulk's path on the grass between him and the army. "Look over here, big guy. Our fight isn't over yet! I can keep this up all day!"
Hulk did not answer. He still could not speak. He merely kicked out again.
That massive green foot was even longer than Steve's shield. With one kick, the captain slid away again, two more trenches gouged into the ground as dirt flew everywhere.
But he charged back once more.
"You've got plenty of strength. Come again!"
"Bang!"
"Again!"
"Thud!"
"Gah! Come on!"
And so, the scene turned into Hulk sending Captain America flying, followed immediately by a round of military fire suppression, then the captain running back and getting sent flying again.
