Monark was a spellcaster too, but he was completely in the dark about the DC Universe. He did not know a single person or event they mentioned and was still learning.
Bliss and Captain Rabbit were merely tagging along. She also had her own plans and did not intend to act alongside Su Ming's team. Instead, she planned to leave with Captain Rabbit.
In her view, neither she nor Rabbit was good at handling magical problems. From an efficiency standpoint, taking Rabbit to defend against Luthor's Legion of Doom would make better use of her abilities.
Su Ming had actually wanted to bring her along, since Batwoman was useful anywhere. But she said she had to go back and help Cindy and the Main World's Slade deal with those Laughing Deathstrokes, so Su Ming could only let her leave.
Captain Carrot smiled and greeted everyone, then the two of them stepped into the Boom Tube together and returned to Earth.
"How strange. Even the audience has no idea what that female Batwoman is thinking." Wade pulled on his hood, and the white eyes on his mask narrowed.
"No need to worry about it. The Spectre Universe is her insurance policy. Whatever plans she has, the escape pod is still in my hands." Su Ming answered his cousin's question, though he could not actually guess what Bliss was thinking either.
She looked like she was just wandering around aimlessly, but anyone who truly believed that had basically fallen into her trap.
"Um... I have something to say, but I don't know whether I should. Didn't that pretty-boy New God hand control of the Spectre Universe over
