Luthor smiled as he assumed a fighting stance. He had always presented himself as an entrepreneur and scientist, but he was also a fairly capable fighter.
Because he had Money Ability. He could hire any teacher on Earth, and he was smart enough to remember any martial art after seeing it once.
In the past, he had been limited by human speed and strength. No matter how skilled he was, he could not brawl with Superman. But things were different now. He was no longer human.

As Luthor spoke, he raised a hand. Just as he had said, an intense glow emerged from his palm, as though he were holding up a tiny sun.

Shazam flew over, his smile seeming frozen onto his face. Luthor thought he might have traded clothes with Black Adam, because Shazam was now dressed entirely in black and wore a hooded cloak.

Without hesitation, Luthor fired the sphere of light in his hand at Shazam. The ball instantly became a beam as thick as a wrist, striking Shazam squarely in the chest.
The previously dim space blazed with light from the attack.
