The area was littered with humanoid alien corpses. They had been fully armed, some even clutching weapons, yet they had died without a single external wound. Their faces were frozen in terror.
The sky was filled with chunks of rock of all sizes, floating as though gravity did not exist. The sky itself was yellow, covered in eyes with blood-red pupils.
Those eyes seemed to be looking at the three of them from across another world. Their cold, merciless pupils were nevertheless filled with fear.
"The Weaponers of Qward, the chosen of fear. They kill every Green Lantern they see." The Forger was well-informed too. One glance at the bodies around them was enough for him to offer his assessment.
"It seems he really did return here." Mar folded his arms and muttered.
