Hal and Oliver were currently on the Anti-Monitor's throne platform.

To put it plainly, it was more like an enormous surfboard, roughly two thousand meters long and five hundred meters wide, with a small metal castle on top containing a throne.

The thing was completely unsuitable for human survival, but after both sides reached an agreement, the Anti-Monitor still had some essential supplies brought in for them.

Over the following days, the Anti-Monitor kept the platform parked here, continuously monitoring the readings from the Source Wall ruins.

They were probably readings, anyway. If they tried to study that band of light with the Green Lantern Ring, it would only monotonously report errors, making Hal suspect his ring was running Windows 98.
