Nebula, having narrowly escaped disaster, was quite proactive. She knelt on one knee again and asked for the details of the mission.
Thanos turned around, looked at the red light fixture in the corner of the cabin, and clasped his hands behind his back.
"A creature with an arched semicircle and an eight-pointed star on its chest. Starbrand."
"Please explain further, Father."
Gamora could not recall any relevant knowledge from her memories. She had never heard this term before.
She also glanced at Magus Adam. The Little Golden Man was unusually quiet today.
"You don't need to know what it is, because I'm not sure what it will be either. Remember the characteristics, then find a way yourselves."
Thanos gave Gamora the answer she had expected. He had always been like this; the missions he assigned were always vague.
For example, not long ago, he had ordered the sisters to find several colored stones. He had merely said they were oval, glowing gems, without explaining what they were at all. He only said it was a long-term mission and that they were to notify him once they found them.
They had not found the stones yet, and now the target had changed to some unknown creature.
The green-skinned female assassin stood up, adjusted the position of the twin blades on her belt, casually grabbed some prepared food from the table beside her and took two bites, then prepared to set off.
Even if it was like searching for a needle in the ocean, it was a needle Father wanted. She had to find it for him.
Nebula, however, did not move in a hurry. She pinched her metal chin and thought for a while before asking again, "Father, does he have any other characteristics?"
Thanos gave
