Psyker power really was a wonderful thing. This force, native to the Warhammer World and later "paid homage to" in the StarCraft universe, had an incredibly broad range of uses.
It could not only manifest all kinds of elemental power—usually fire or electricity—and hurl them at enemies to kill them directly, but also strengthen one's brain or body, or be used for communication, divination, healing, mind reading, reconnaissance, Mind Control, and more.
Its versatility was absurd, practically like the Greenskins' Squigs: whenever you needed something, there was always one that suited you.
The Inquisitor had undergone little biological modification. Her height and weight were no different from an ordinary person's, yet this ageless-looking woman displayed combat prowess comparable to a Greenskin Waaagh! Boss through bizarre psyker power alone.
She held a Flamethrower that somewhat resembled a torch in one hand. The other had first held a gun, then a Force Sword. It was rather interesting.
A Force Sword was a special type of psyker equipment. Many Eldar favored such weapons, because they allowed them to release psyker power through the blade while cutting down enemies.
Her squad coordinated flawlessly and fought with high morale. All kinds of ammunition and beams poured onto Deathstroke's face like a torrential downpour.
However, it was completely useless. Perhaps the Captain-General of the Adeptus Custodes could exchange a few moves with Su Ming, but an ordinary Inquisitor? Forget it. Their battle had merely delayed their deaths.
In less than two minutes, Deathstroke returned to Efferal's side, casually spinning five heads in his hand as though playing toss-and-catch. "Done. Want to take her head back as a keepsake? I know some perverted serial killers who like collecting the heads of people they know."
The Battle Sister rose and glared at him. She was not a lunatic.
