"All right, enough talk. Let's try it ourselves." Su Ming waved the two women over. "Daisy, hold onto Jean's arm and mine. Jean, pick up the dog."

Everyone did as told. Cosmo was a very large dog, and Jean struggled a little to hold him, feeling as though her arms were too short.

"Wait, Master Deathstroke. What if we get teleported to different places like this?" Jean quickly voiced her concern, since a similar accident had happened at Xavier's School before.

Shadowcat Kitty could pass through walls, and if she held onto another child, both of them could pass through the wall.

But once, she failed to keep hold of a classmate and accidentally let go halfway through. That child ended up seemingly stuck in invisible space. Even tearing down the wall could not save him, and Magik's magic had ultimately been needed to rescue him.

The principle of passing through this valve sounded very similar to phasing through space, so Jean was worried.

What if Crystal did not recognize their hand-holding method, only teleported Deathstroke away, or separated them halfway through? Wouldn't they be done for?

Su Ming turned and smiled, even giving her a wink. "Relax. Odin already tested it for us once, and besides, I have a safer method."

As he spoke, multicolored energy suddenly burst from his body, flickering like flames as it spread over everyone's bodies.

Within seconds, the colored light formed a close-fitting membrane of energy, wrapping around the three people and one dog.

That made them like a single package wrapped in energy—one whole entity.

"Strangle, go touch Crystal." Unexpectedly, even with one hand free, Deathstroke had no intention of touching Crystal himself. Instead, he had his pet do it. "Just think about going to the City of Sephiroth in the 40K Universe."
