Tony, flames blasting from his feet and palms, flew over the wreckage of vehicles in the street and ducked into the alley across from it. Only then did he discover that, at some point, the place had become a battlefield for a group of people, all of them fighting fiercely.
For a moment, Tony almost felt like his youth had returned. The scene reminded him of those trashy bars he had visited when he was young, where Hippies and drunks would always somehow end up tearing into one another.
Tony immediately recognized one of them: the Punisher, whom he had sent flying not long ago. But now, the burly man in a skull t-shirt was locked in a dangerous knife fight with a masked man dressed entirely in white.
There were several other masked and unmasked people in the alley battlefield around them, all fighting in pairs. Quite a few were still cursing as they fought.
"Whoa! Whoa! Relax, friends!" Tony immediately took to the air, aiming his Palm Cannons at everyone. "I just got to your party. Can one of the smart ones tell me what happened here? Or should I send all of you to some windowless little rooms to cool off?"
"Iron Man?! You can come lend a hand. This guy is a wanted murderer!"
The man in white, who was fighting the Punisher hand-to-hand, dodged a horizontal slash from his opponent's knife and counterattacked with his own blade, only for the Punisher to block it. Not only did he show no intention of stopping, he even invited Tony to help catch the man.
After Iron Man had beaten the Punisher so badly last time, Fury had complained to him. He said the Punisher was an old friend, that there was something suspicious about his situation, and
