Norman spoke quickly, with an unquestionable tone. He only paused when he needed someone to respond, giving them a chance to flatter him.

Having scientific expertise alone was not enough to work at Osborn Industries. Scientists were the most plentiful "tools" in the world. The researcher beside Norman was no exception; he was exceptionally skilled at catering to his boss, which was why he had secured this crucial experiment.

The Oz Experiment had previously been led by Richard and Mary Parker. It was only restarted in recent years after their deaths in the nineties.

For some reason, Mr. Osborn seemed extremely eager about this project. Maybe Tony Stark had provoked him.

There was a rumor in the company that whenever Iron Man appeared on television for an interview, Norman, a biologist, would smash things at home.

"Weaving?" Dr. Jester chimed in at just the right moment.

The perfectly timed question greatly satisfied Norman's vanity about educating others.

Norman nodded and continued, "Athena heard of this weaver woman and was very unhappy, so she descended to the mortal world and secretly destroyed all of the woman's woven goods and tools."

"That does sound like something a woman would do." The doctor flattered him again.

"When this mortal woman discovered that a Celestial had insulted her dignity and destroyed everything she had worked for, she killed herself." Norman continued with a smile, stroking the spider's furry back. "Athena was still unhappy. How could a mortal offend a god and then escape through suicide? So she found the woman's corpse."

This time, he gave the doctor no chance
