Just as Deathstroke had said somewhere unknown, Batwoman of Earth-0 really was searching for clues about The Batman Who Laughs.
Since even Mercenary had noticed certain things, she had undoubtedly noticed them too. She simply believed that the three concepts in The Batman Who Laughs's hands were—"magic, technology, and metal."
The two, who had not spoken in a long time, disagreed over what exactly Hawkman represented, and neither of them knew for sure.
Batwoman herself excelled at technology, so after investigating the multiverse's networks and AI through Brother Eye and the Hall of Justice, she found no trace of Blue Beetle or The Batman Who Laughs.
Then she made a little use of The Upside-Down Man, who had come knocking on her door. Not only did she have that White-Scaled Monster draw Deathstroke and his group away, but she also tricked some intelligence out of it.
That was, the insane Shazam in the multiverse had made no move regarding magic either.
With two of the three possibilities ruled out and only metal remaining, Batwoman followed the final thread and was currently investigating every metal-related case in the multiverse.
Of course, things like stealing manhole covers or electrical cables did not count.
The only metals she had locked onto were the precious ones—Nth Metal, Promethium, Bat-Metal, Dionysium, and Tenth Metal.
Mercenary was not the only one in the Main World who possessed Tenth Metal. Batwoman had plenty of it too, but she had not let anyone know, merely hiding it away in secret.
At critical moments, there was enough of that mercury-like metal to bathe in, so she had temporarily scattered and concealed it.
Somewhere in Antarctica, Batwoman, dressed in a black down jacket, pulled a small notebook from her belt and drew a checkmark amid the messy code phrases inside.
