Gwen left the freaks still alive in the water tanks behind and ran over to circle Deathstroke, sizing him up from head to toe and even reaching out to feel his arm.
"I don't read much DC. Are you actually on the same level as Superman? Though I guess that makes sense. After all, you're both men who can fight Batwoman."
"I'm different from the other Deathstrokes. It's a long story." Su Ming pushed away her curious little head, put away the Nightfall Greatsword and drew the Godslayer, going to put the gene-spliced monsters around them out of their misery. "Did you learn anything from the fight between Jennix and me?"
As he gave her this pop quiz, he removed his mask, revealing a face full of smiles.
"Uh, was I supposed to learn something?"
Gwenpool was a little confused. She had heard online that martial arts masters could comprehend new moves simply by watching a battle, but she was just an ordinary girl.
"Look at my face, then look at Jennix. What does that make you think of?" Su Ming offered a hint. As he casually stabbed the monsters in the incubation pods one after another with the Golden Scimitar, he pointed at his own face with his free hand.
"You seem pretty happy?" Gwen blinked.
Deathstroke nodded and retrieved his weapon as he headed toward the next pitiful creature. "That's right. Jennix kicked the bucket, but through our duel, he brought me a smile. He achieved the pinnacle of what a villain could achieve—using his power, his everything, to bring smiles to everyone, to this world."
"So in your eyes, your fight with him was a card game?! This Vampire's burning spirit is weeping! If he even had a burning spirit..."
Gwen, the shut-in girl, still was not
