The zombies that had entered the Hall of Justice were all ordinary people. They displayed no remarkable abilities—or rather, even if they did, it was useless. Strangle simply pinned them down and crushed them amid the chaos.
Fearless of the virus, capable of rapid regeneration, immensely strong and incredibly fast, Symbiotes were perfect for dealing with zombies. After all, their weakness was the head.
Strangle had plenty of experience in biting off other creatures' heads. Perhaps enough to write a book about it.
So while the Symbiote worked, Su Ming remained quite relaxed. He beckoned the others out of the elevator, then had Laurie use Heat Vision to weld the elevator shaft shut, lest the Justice League Dark headquarters suffer damage.
He then led the group toward the Hall of Justice's main entrance, as calm as though he were merely walking through a slaughterhouse workshop.
