Crawling through caves and digging up ruins was fine once in a while, but there was no chance Harley would become someone like Aphra, who made a living from archaeology. She lacked the patience.

It was a medieval-style town. Most of the houses were wooden, with soft golden thatched roofs, though some had overhanging upper floors. City Hall in the center of town was one of the few brick-and-tile buildings. Its red roof tiles glittered in the sunlight, visible from far away.
