Before the group could even set out, Adjutant sent another message. Another anomaly had appeared at the passage guarded by those two Beyonders.
Su Ming took a deep breath and stopped. "What now? Are they planning to smash the pot and launch the experiment outright?"
That shouldn't have been the case. The Boom Tube had created a phenomenon they couldn't comprehend. Until they ruled out the effects of the unknown environment, the experiment should have been suspended for a while.
"No, Sheriff. Someone attacked them."
Adjutant projected a recording of her own accord. It was still the same place, but there was now one more person.
He was a young man in a red bodysuit, gaunt and hollow-eyed. He even seemed mentally unstable, his gaze filled with madness and ecstasy.
Like a beam of light, he charged toward the passage. Facing the obstruction of the two Beyonders, he merely shouted, "This is our universe."
"We transcend all things. We transcend understanding and cognition. We transcend justice, and we transcend you." The robot to the left of the passage spoke. At this point, no expression could be seen on him anymore; his head had become like a gasoline barrel.
"A great experiment is underway here. Your approach irritates us. While there is still time, return to your Earth and bid farewell to your pathetic kind." The Door God on the right side of the passage added. He now resembled a mechanical lollipop.
But the newly arrived young man did not accept their goodwill. He simply dashed to the gate in an instant, followed by a violent self-destruction.
A brilliant cross-shaped burst of energy, along with dazzling crescent-like afterglow, blossomed in the blink of an eye. Its immense power annihilated everything around it. Even the two Earths that had been approaching from
