A bat was on the move in the darkness.

Rain reeking of acid fell onto the black Cloak without a sound. Only the occasional flash of lightning across the sky made the strange fabric gleam with a damp light.

She crouched atop a building, watching a factory in the distance below. When cargo ships pulled up to the dock, the bat-headed figure tilted her head, as if pondering something.

But just then, someone appeared behind her. Equally silent, yet startling all the same.

The bat immediately turned around. By the lightning's glow, she made out the black-and-yellow armor, along with Detective Chimp, who was smiling as he raised a hand in greeting.

She sighed in relief and shifted slightly. "Isn't this my investor who's always disappearing? What brings you here today?"

"Disappearing investor?" Bobo landed on the rooftop terrace and looked curiously at Deathstroke.

"I made some money from Batwoman before, a little over a hundred million US Dollars. I hadn't spent much of it, so I gave it to Barbara to manage through the foundation." Su Ming spread his hands, indicating there was nothing shady about it.

Then he crouched at the edge of the roof as well and looked toward the docks.

This was a factory on Gotham's East Coast. There had once been nothing here but unfinished buildings, but at some point, a new factory had sprung up. It was fairly large and had even built its own dock.

Several small cargo ships loaded with containers were busily working under cover of night. One look was enough to tell they were up to no good.

"Barbara's foundation? Isn't that the Gotham Police Foundation?" Bobo did not have especially sharp eyesight, nor did he have bat equipment, so he took out a small monocular to observe the factory
